Are you looking for an interesting read? These used books are written by members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS, Mormon). I have read all of them and liked them enough to keep them in storage up until now. If you want to know more about why I’m sending these books to new homes, check out the last paragraph. I only have one copy of each of these, so when they’re gone, they’re gone. (Of course, I’m including an Amazon affiliate link in case you prefer to get them from somewhere else.) If you need a Bible in a Year book, I have three versions that I will be putting up on another page. They are well-worn and well-read, but they still have their pages and words!
Simply click the link and you’ll be taken to a new Penguinate page where you can pay for the book (or books). They will be shipped via media mail. Unless otherwise noted, books are $5 plus $5 shipping and handling. I will update this list as items change. All books will be shipped media mail in an envelope unless otherwise noted (or you request a more expensive shipping option.)
Fiction LDS Used Books
Tennis Shoes among the Nephites by Chris Heimerdinger: Published in 1989 and 1999, this paperback features a time-traveling group of children who experience life among the Nephites. My copy’s cover is a bit rough but the insides still look good. (Get it on Amazon.)
The Holy Secret by James L. Ferrel: Published in 2008, this hardback could easily classify as non-fiction inspirational. Because the story is about a man’s journey to learn how to get more out of life, there’s a heavy amount of lesson teaching that could be applied to anyone’s life. The dust jacket has some minor scratches. (Get it on Amazon.)
Fiction Hardback Set!
The Great and Terrible Series by Chris Stewart: If you like end of the world stories, this hardback collection is for you. You can get all six books right here without having to worry about whether or not you’ll be able to finish the series. They are in relatively good condition. It looks like the fifth one was printed on cream-colored paper; the rest are printed on white. Buy the whole collection at once! (Get it on Amazon.)

I’m having to down-size, and while we’re looking for a physical place to open a store, I thought I would offer up some of my used books and videos. The revenue generated from the sale of these books will allow us to continue our search and get us closer to opening a place where books, penguins, creativity and collections coexist peacefully.
